"Claim of the System Board of Adjustment, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes, that position of Port Clerk, rate, $0.03 per day, be established, bulletined, and assigned to an employe at the Stockton Freight Station of the Southern Pacific Company (Pacific Lines), and that the successful applicant be compensated retroactively to May 1, 1930."

No hearing thereon has been had and under date of February 4, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
