STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claim of the System Board of Adjustment, Southern Pacific Lines, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes, that Norman Cock, Car Desk Clerk at the Los Angeles Freight Station, should be paid at rate of time and one half for Sunday, December 11, 1932, and for each and every Sunday subsequent thereto on which lie has been required to work."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;

No hearing thereon has been had and under date of February 3, 1937. the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.



Case dismissed.
