"Claim of the General Committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers, on the Boston and .Maine Railroad, that K. R. Jones, regularly assigned to third trick at East Portal Tower, shall be paid for one day's time account not being allowed by carrier to resume work on March 23, 1936, after reporting for duty eleven hours and fifty-five minutes prior to commencing his trick on that date."
The dispute was certified to tho Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had and under date of January 14, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Division withdrawing the case.
