STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-
"Bridge and Building Mechanic, W. T. Stanford, is entitled to three hours
and thirteen minutes pro rata pay at 57 cents per hour, for riding passenger
train 103 from Birmingham, Alabama, to Guin, Alabama, on August 14,
1935."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was jointly certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board by the parties cited thereto.
No hearing thereon has been had and the parties thereto addressed formal
communications to the Secretary of the Third Division stating desire to withdraw their submission to the Adjustment Board.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
