STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Norfolk Southern Railroad that the operator-clerk at Charlotte yard office shall be paid a call for each day he has been required to report for duty in advance of his regular starting time, as established in Section (a) of Article 12, current schedule agreement"


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been held and the parties thereto having addressed formal communications to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration by the Board, request is hereby granted.



Case dismissed.
