"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Norfolk Southern Railroad that, the basic schedule rates of pay of all agent and agent-operator positions covered by telegraphers' contract of agreement of December 16, 1926, which have been arbitrarily reduced by the carrier at (21 stations as listed in the submission) shall be restored retroactively to the date arbitrarily reduced, and employes involved be reimbursed accordingly, and employes resulantly displaced by reason of the arbitrary reduction be restored to their former positions if they desire and be reimbursed for any monetary loss in salary including loss of time and expense by transfers."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board e: parts by the complainant.
Hearing on this case was commenced but not concluded, the parties joining in a formal request before the Board on May 20, 1937, for permission to withdraw it from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
