NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY

STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

'Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Norfolk Southern Railroad that the yard-clerk-operators at Glenwood Yard Office and Carolina Yard Office, and the operator-clerks at Edenton, N. C., shall be paid for all time required to work subsequent to the


ending, or prior to the beginning, time of their assigned tour of duty as established in Section (b) of Article 12 of the current telegraphers' contract of agreement."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been held and, the parties thereto having addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration by the Board, request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
