THE ORDER OF RAILROAD TELEGRAPHERS
NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY

STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Norfolk Southern Railroad, that the proper hourly rate for 'RN' Telegraph Office, Raleigh, N. C_ bulletined by the carrier as a new position in March 1934, when the office was moved from one portion of the building in which it is housed to another, is 68¢ an hour and that all employees adversely affected by the company's arbitrary reduction in the rate for this position from 68¢ to 60¢ an hour be compensated at the higher rate retroactively to the date the change in rate was applied."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been held and, the parties thereto having addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration by the Board, request is hereby granted.



Case dismissed.
