STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claim for reinstatement of position of Cashier, rate $140.00, office of Freight Agent, East Moline, Ill., and reimbursement of monetary loss sustained by employes account removing position of Cashier on February 18th, 1935, from jurisdiction of working rules agreement with Clerical and Station Forces effective January 1st, 1931."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.

Hearing on this case was commenced but not concluded, and under date of May 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested permission to withdraw it from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.




Claim dismissed.
