STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-
"Claim of the Employes that positions of Picker at Marysville, California,
be bulletined and assigned to the senior qualified applicants, and that such
applicants be compensated retroactively to April 27, 1336, for eight hours
per day, six days per week."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex
parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been held and under date of July G, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the
Third Division requesting withdrawal of the ease from further consideration,
which request is hereby granted.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
