PARTIES TO DISPUTE:


STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"1. Claim of Lyle McKinney, Mail Handler, for proper compensation under the rules of the Clerks' current Agreement, for March 2, 1936, and each and every day subsequent thereto that he is not properly compensated under said Agreement.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been held, and under date of July 6, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
