STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claims of R. Reinhart, J. S. Webb, Stanley Peck, Brock Bishop, M. D. Beaty, Harry Forbes, Raymond C. Waite, Win. Niemeyer, and O. B. Chadderton, storehouse employees, Ludlow, Kentucky, for proper classification of their positions, and to establish their seniority in Class 'B; under the storehouse employees' Agreement of May 1, 1934."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:

That the carrier and the employes involved In this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

That hearing on this dispute was concluded February 10, 1937. Under dates of July 9 and 12, 1937, the parties advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which requests are hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
