"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway that the newly created position telegrapher-clerk at Enid, Oklahoma, established by the Carrier on May 23, 1936, rate 62¢ per hour, be given a rate of 71¢ per hour to conform with that of existing positions of similar work and responsibility in the same seniority district, and that any employe occupying the position since its establishment be compensated accordingly."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.
Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On July 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
