"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway that when the three yardoffice telegraph positions (rate 68¢ per hour) were abolished at Winfield,. Kansas, on January 3, 1932, and the work transferred to the Winfield Tower, these positions should have been classified as yard-office telegraph positions and the rate therefor, 68¢ per hour, applied thereto, and that any employes filling the positions at Winfield Tower thereafter be compensated accordingly."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.
Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On July 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
