"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegrapbers on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, that when the telegraphercashier position, rate 62¢ per hour, was established by the carrier at Fairfax, Oklahoma, February 15, 1934, the rate should have been fixed in conformity with that of existing positions of similar work and responsibility in the same seniority district, namely, 67¢ per hour, and that any employe occupying the position since Its establishment shall be compensated accordingly." FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.
Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On July 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
