"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway that the position of Agent, ,Berkeley, California, rate $1.00 per hour be restored to the Telegraphers' schedule and that all employes adversely affected account agency duties transferred to Supervisory Agent at Oakland, California, be compensated for any wage loss sustained."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.
Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On July 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
