PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claims of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway that the position Telegrapher-Clerk established by the Carrier at Homer, California, January 22, 1936, rate of pay 690 per hour, assigned to work under the jurisdiction of the Supervisory Agent at Needles, California, was improperly rated and classified by the Carrier as Telegrapher-Clerk, and that the position be classified as Agent=Telegrapher, rate 73¢ per hour, and any employe filling the position since its establishment be compensated accordingly."

FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board jointly by the parties.

Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On July 21, 1937, the parties jointly requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
