STATEMENT OF CLAIM.-

"Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes, on the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway for the application of Working Rules Agreement, dated January 1, 1931, to the position of Station Employe at Monroe, Okla., and adjustment of rate of pay for such position from $19.75 per month to $92.59 per month, effective September 16, 1936."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.

No bearing thereon has been held and under date of August 9, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
