"Claim of A. H. Peterson, Chief Clerk in the Abstract Bureau, Local Treasurer's Office, for proper rate of pay as established by 1927 Wage Award. (Alediation Case C-21)."

FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been held and under date of August 4, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.

AWARD

Claim dismissed.
