STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Norfolk Southern Railroad, that the telephone and/or telegraph service now being performed at the following offices:
by employees not covered by Telegraphers' Agreement is work coming within the scope of Telegraphers' Agreement and shall be assigned to employes covered by said agreement in accordance with the rules of same."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been held and under date of October 8, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
