STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of Mr. N. Mosier, employe in the office of Auditor Disbursements, Chicago, Ill., in the amount of $11.50 for reimbursement of loss of overcoat and six keys from coat rack in the Rock Island General Accounting Office, Hamilton Park, Chicago, Ill., December 9, 1936."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. On November 2 and 3, 1937, the employes and the carrier, respectively, requested withdrawal of the case from further consideration, which request is hereby granted.
