DISPUTE: "Claim for reinstatement of rate of $132.50 per month on
position of yard clerk at Trenton, Mo., and all employes assigned to such
position be paid the difference between $114.50 per month and $132.50 per
month since January 19, 1933."
FINDINGS:
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board
ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had and under date of November 2, 1937,
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary
of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
