STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Conductors M. F. Heisey and W. Sawyer claim that Line 3290 should have been bulletined on June 6, 1937, which would have given them the right to bid for it, and that failure to do so was an invasion of their seniority rights. They ask that the line be bulletined and that they be paid for time lost on this account"
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had and under date of December 6, 1937, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
