STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim for adjustment in rate of pay, as provided in Rule 69 of Agreement effective January 1, 1931, for position of Messenger at Fort Worth, Texas, from $50.00 per month to $75.00 per month, effective May Ist, 1937, and also claim for an allowance of $2.00 per day for use of privately owned automobile to cover gas, oil and upkeep, including expense of liability insurance. This claim under he provisions of Rules 43 and 69."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of December 23, 1937 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
