STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway for correction of seniority roster of the Arkansas Division (Seniority District No. 18) by removing the name of Mr. J. J. Beacom, now claiming seniority date of April 15th, 1909, from the roster, and also claim for reimbursement of all monetary loss sustained by employes in Seniority District No. 18 as result of permitting Mr. Beacom to displace regularly assigned employe."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of January 11, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
