STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "The question involved is on pay for services rendered. On December 19, 1936, Conductor J. R. Deckard, Philadelphia District, made a trip relieving a regular conductor in Line 1270, from Cleveland to Cincinnati. The round trip pays two days, hence the one-way trip he made pays one day. He claims $2.14 more than he has received."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing has been had and under date of May 16th, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
