PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "That the rate of pay for the three telegrapher positions in `RN' Oak Street Office, Louisville, Ky., Yard, be adjusted to 82 cents per hour for the 1st trick, and 77 cents per hour for the 2nd and 3rd tricks, because of added duties and responsibilities on the positions effective May 1, 1932, and that the adjusted rates be made applicable retroactive to that date."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of June 14, 1938, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.




Claim dismissed.
