STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim for restoration of position of Clerk, Marshall, N. C., retroactive to August 15, 1936, as a result of discontinuance of that position and the assignment of clerical duties thereof to an employe not covered by the Clerks' Agreement; also claim for reimbursement of wage losses by all employes involved in and affected by the discontinuing of the position."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of June 15, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
