STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway, that the regular express transfer allowance, amount $25 per month, due to be paid to T. N. O'Neill, joint railroad and express agent at Columbus Junction, Iowa, as compensation for transferring express at that point, was arbitrarily and wrongfully reduced 10 per cent from February 1, 1932, to April 1, 1935, without negotiations or agreement, and that he shall be reimbursed for any and all monetary loss sustained."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had, and, under date of August 5, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.



Claim dismissed.
