STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that position of Cashier at Vernon, Texas should be restored and that all employes affected by the discontinuance of this position should be paid for all wages and time lost, retroactive to January 19, 1938."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of Sept. 6, 1938 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Claim dismissed.
