STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood, that Clerk C. W. Howard, Rocky River, Ohio, shall be paid a minimum day of 8 hours at rate of time and one-half for each Sunday and holiday worked retroactive to March 6, 1938."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of October 24, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
