STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Telegrapher M. J. Cullen was improperly displaced from his regularly assigned position as agent at Ward Street, Berkeley on October 10th, 1932 and that he be compensated in full for all net wage loss and any other expenses incurred as a result of the Carrier's action in removing him from his assignment, between the date of his removal and his return to the position of agent at Ward Street, Berkeley."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of December 13, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
