STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes that the two positions which the carrier has arbitrarily classified as Live Stock Agents and assigned 12 hours per day, are covered by the Clerks' agreement and should be filled and paid in accordance with all the rules of the Clerks' agreement. Also claim that employes involved or affected by the carrier's action be compensated in full for any monetary loss sustained."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of February 21, 1939, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
