SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on the Southern Pacific Lines in Texas and Louisiana that the carrier violated Rule 18 in that it declined to furnish the duly accredited representative of the employes with a copy of the Seniority Roster for the year, 1937, covering laborers employed in and around the Houston General Stores, and that the duly accredited representative be furnished with copies of such rosters revised as of Jan. 1, 1937 and 1938."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of March 8th, 1939, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
