BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes that F. Landry, Arthur Green, Tom Anderson and Paul McGloire, Station Truckers, Lafayette, Louisiana be reimbursed for wage losses sustained because of payment at the rate of 22'6zd per hour instead of 364 per hour for all services performed as truckers prior to August 1st, 1937 and because of payment at 22%4 per hour instead of 414 per hour for all services performed subsequent to August 1st, 1937, and in accordance with the rules of the agreement as to overtime, basic day, holiday service, etc."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of March 8th, 1939, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
