STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Rock
Island System Board of Adjustment, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship
Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes, in behalf of Mrs.
P. M. Burmeister to be paid at the rate of $127.00 per month in lieu of the
$119.00 per month which has been allowed for the following period:

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board
ex parts by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of April 11, 1939, the
complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of
the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
