PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



MISSOURI PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA



STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Missouri Pacific Lines in Texas and Louisiana that the actual expenses incurred by Lineman W. D. Chandler while away from his Home Station during the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November, 1937, totaling $172.30 and actual expenses incurred by Lineman F. J. Viebag while away from his Home Station during the months of September, October and November, 1937, totaling $104.15 shall be paid in accordance with the governing provisions of Article 6 (1) of Linemen's Agreement in effect during these months."

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.


That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of May 4, 1939, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.



Case dismissed.
