STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of Agent B. Beistle, Chillicothe, Missouri, for payment of one (1) hour overtime each day, May 22, 1932 up to and inclusive of July 21, 1937 except during that perid of time when there were three operators assigned at that point, which represents 1,313 days at $1.20 per day, total amount claimed $1,575.60."
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:
That the carrier and the employe involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;
That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and
That hearing thereon was held December 12, 1938. Under date of June 17, 1939, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw the dispute from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
