STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway, under the provisions of Rule 76, in behalf of Mr. L. R. Lehr, cashier, local freight office, Trenton, Mo., rate $147.20 per month, for pay for period July 7th, to July 20th, 1938, a total of twelve (12) working days, while be was away from his position on vacation."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;


That no hearing has been had and under date of December 20, 1939, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.




Case dismissed.
