STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that Miss Hattie Anfang should be restored to service with all seniority rights unimpaired and with pay for wage losses suffered."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;
That no hearing has been had, and under date of January 23, 1940, the complainant party advised the Secretary of the Third Division of its desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
