PARTIES TO DISPUTE:





STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on Seaboard Air Line Railway that, the established salary rate of $75.00 per month paid the railroad station agent at Manatee, Florida, by the Railway Express Agency, Inc., prior to July 1, 1932, for his services as express agent, shall be restored and the agent compensated for the monthly differences between the rates he was paid and the established rate of $75.00 retroactive to July 1, 1932, the date the established rate was arbitrarily reduced by action of the Seaboard Air Line Railway."


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.


No hearing thereon has been had and under date of May 17, 1940 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
