STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific Lines, that Telegrapher E. Kappen, Sacramento Division, be compensated for net wage loss sustained for the period March 28, 1938, to April 4, 1938, inclusive, through action of the carrier in permitting him to be erroneously displaced at Black Butte, Sacramento Division."
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party.
That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of June 10, 1940 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
