STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway under the provisions of Rules 66, 68 and 69, also interpretations thereof, for the restoration of rates of pay formerly assigned to the following positions when they were located in office of Auditor at Fort Worth, Texas.

and for the transfer of such rates to the General Accounting Office in Chicago retroactive to February 1st, 1940, the date work was transferred from the Fort Worth Office to the Chicago offices under authority of Interstate Com. merce Commission Docket No. 11847."

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party;

That no hearing thereon has been had, and under date of July 11, 1940, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
