BROTHERHOOD OF RAILWAY AND STEAMSHIP CLERKS, FREIGHT HANDLERS, EXPRESS AND STATION EMPLOYES
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that;
(1) Extra Clerk, V. N. Rocca with seniority date June 24, 1927, should have been assigned to the clerical work performed by Extra Clerk A. Kirchner, at Jamaica, N. Y. whose seniority date is September 12, 1934, and
(2) That Extra Clerk, V. N. Rocca should be compensated for the difference between what he earned and the rate of $160.00 per month for January 20, 21, 22, 24, 26 26, 27, 28, 29, February 2, 3, and 4, 1938, the dates Junior Extra Clerk, A. Kirchner was assigned, and
(3) That Senior Extra Clerks who were affected by this assignment should be compensated for all monetary losses retroactive to January 20, 1938."
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party;
That no hearing thereon has been had, and under date of October 9, 1940, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
