Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express
and Station Employes, on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway,
under the provisions of Rule 69, in behalf of Ushers located at Englewood
Passenger Station, Chicago, 11linois, for adjustment in rates of pay, effective
June 3rd, 1940, as follows:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party;
That no hearing'thereon has been had and under date of October 14,
1940, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
