STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Request that Steward E. T. Phillips' record
of discipline, be cleared and that he be paid for all time lost from April
6, 1940, until returned to service, under Regulations 6-A-1, 7-A-1, 7-B-1
and 4-G-1."
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party;
That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of October 24,
1940, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
