STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employes on the Chicago, Rock Isand and Pacific Railway in behalf of Mr. Henry Quest, Mail Trucker, rate $4.84 per day, LaSalle Street Station, Chicago, Ill., for he following ays:










also at the rate of time and one-half the daily rate of Car Stower, $5.12 per
day, account being required to work on his assigned day of rest the fol
lowing days:








FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon and upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:


That the carrier and the employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934;


That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and


Hearing thereon has been held and concluded. Under date of November 14, 1940, the parties jointly advised the Secretary of the Third Division of

their desire to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.



Claim dismissed.
