STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Unwarranted discharge of employe Benjamin Ransaw, employed on Pennsylvania premises in New York City."
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parte by the complainant party.
That no hearing thereon has been held and under date of December
12, 1940, the complainant party addresssed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
