STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of Harry Jaeger, Dining Car Steward,
First District, that he be restored to the service with full seniority rights
and reimbursed for all time lost since September 6, 1939."
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by the complainant party;
That no hearing thereon has been had and under date of February 4,
1941 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
