SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY (PACIFIC LINES)
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The
Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Southern Pacific Company, Pacific
Lines, that Telegrapher L. C. Keely be paid overtime in accordance with his
claim therefor on December 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12, 1938."
FINDINGS:
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That this dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board ex parts by complainant party; and
That no hearing thereon has been had, and under date of February 10,
1941, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the
Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
